Safr is an information service. We monitor publicly available airfares departing the UAE and publish those we assess as unusually low.
We are not a travel agency, tour operator, booking agent, consolidator or reseller. We do not:
When you book, your contract is with the airline or booking site, on their terms. We cannot amend, cancel, refund, upgrade or otherwise intervene in any booking, and we have no ability to escalate a complaint on your behalf.
Airfares change constantly and without notice. A price we publish is what we observed at the time stated on the deal, and is not an offer, a quote, or a guarantee of availability.
We re-check fares before publishing and periodically afterwards, and we mark deals as expired when they die. Even so, a fare may become unavailable or change between our check and your booking. We are not liable for that.
We do our best to state baggage allowances, stop counts and journey times accurately, but the airline's own terms at the point of booking are authoritative. Always check them before paying.
Access is currently by invitation. Invite codes are personal to the member issued them and may not be sold, auctioned or published publicly. We may void codes that are.
Membership is free during the current phase. Members who join during this phase retain free access to the features available at that time. We may introduce paid features in future, with notice.
One account per person. We may close duplicate or automated accounts.
You may use Safr for your own personal travel planning. You may not:
Our fare history is the product of sustained collection and is our property. Commercial reuse requires written permission.
Some links to airlines and booking sites are affiliate links, meaning we may receive a commission if you book. This never costs you more and never affects which deals we publish or how we order them. See our affiliate disclosure.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular deal, saving or availability will exist.
Deal alerts are a convenience, not a guarantee of delivery. Email and messaging services fail sometimes; do not rely on Safr as the sole means of monitoring a fare that matters to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for:
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to [AED 500] or the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months, whichever is greater. As the service is currently free, that amount is generally nil.

The Safr name, the Saqr character, the site design, written content and our fare history database belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission. Airline names and marks belong to their owners and are used descriptively only, with no implication of affiliation or endorsement.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and may withdraw or change the service at any time. You can leave at any moment by unsubscribing — no notice needed.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [DUBAI / DIFC / RELEVANT FREE ZONE].
