Some links on Safr are affiliate links. If you book through one, the airline or booking site may pay us a small commission. You pay exactly the same price either way. It has never changed which deals we publish, and it never will.
Almost every "flight deals" page in this market is a booking site wearing a disguise, ranking whatever pays best and calling it a deal. That is the thing we are trying not to be. Since the only asset we actually have is you believing our numbers, the commission arrangement has to be visible rather than buried.
The rule is simple and worth stating: a fare qualifies on price history alone.
Our system compares every fare against twelve months of that route's own recorded prices. If it clears the thresholds — at least 30% below normal, bottom 10% of everything we have seen, sane connection, still bookable — it publishes. If it does not, it does not.
Whether a commission is available is not part of that test, and it is not part of the ordering either. Deals are shown by discount depth and recency.
A consequence worth admitting: several airlines we feature most often — including some low-cost carriers flying out of Sharjah and Abu Dhabi — pay us nothing at all. We publish their fares constantly anyway, because they are frequently the best ones. That is the clearest evidence we can offer that the money is not steering the deals.
Only a confirmation that a booking happened, and the commission amount. We never see your name, passenger details, payment information or itinerary. We are not part of the transaction — see our terms.
That is completely fine and it will not affect anything. Every deal shows the route, dates, airline and flight numbers — take those, open the airline's site directly, and book there. You will get the same fare. We would rather you booked the trip than the link.
If you ever spot a deal on Safr you think was published for the wrong reasons, tell us — contact us. We will show you the price history behind it, or pull it.
